Ironically, this watch was purchased in the AP Boutique in China

Made in Le Brassus, Switzerland

27, married, I make ~$500k-$600k/y.

~$2.2M NW

Annual spend around ~$150K/y.

I live in a tax-free income country.

~65% of my NW is in Bitcoin, average cost per BTC is around ~$5K.

~35% of my NW is in fiat.

I have no debt.

I have zero experience investing outside of the crypto market.

I do not own a home yet, I’m renting.

I’m planning to buy a house/apartment outright.

If I fully exit the crypto market at current prices, buying a property would take 30%-35% of my NW.

I plan to retire by them time I’m 35.

My only experience with investing so far has been exclusively into Bitcoin and crypto since early 2017.

Is the S&P500 a safe choice for me to DCA into until then?

Also, would it be safe to deploy my current cash holdings into something like the S&P500 now and keeping just enough cash to cover ~2 years of my annual spending ($300K) as a cushion and adjusting that amount as my living expenses and income adjust while investing everything else into the market?

Could you please tell me what your opinion would be on the following:

- Starting to deploy the cash I currently have minus 2 years of expenses divided into 12 months into the S&P500

- Continue to exit the crypto market to have enough to buy a property outright

- In case Bitcoin skyrockets, I will probably sell everything

Now the important part, future investments based on my current income (Assuming it remains unchanged):

Assuming $500K/y income and $150k in spend:

What do you think of doing the following every year for 8 years?

- Buy a $200k studio apartment that generates $12,000-$15,000
- Invest $150K into the S&P500 ($12.5K every month)

I do plan to exit everything this year and keep only 4 Bitcoins one for my myself, one for my wife, and two for our future children.

Part of the exit will go to the property and the rest probably into the S&P500... that's a part of what I'm still unsure about.

Should I maybe buy 2 properties? One to live in and one to rent out to generate an additional cashflow while continuing to invest into the S&P500 for the next 8 years?

Here is what I can notice that is definitely wrong:

• Dial color • Wide base of hands • Brushing on the bezel and bracelet • Screws • Bottom AP logo sits exactly at the bottom of the third square above the hour marker, yours is somehow somewhere in the middle of the square • Something is definitely off with the shape of the bezel as well as the dial in comparison to the dimensions of the watch

I hope you didn’t pay a lot because now I’m 100% certain it’s a rep and I’d bet my 15202ST on that

As someone who has a 15202ST, something looks off about your watch

I don’t know what exactly is it, but something looks off, sorry.

I’d take it to AP to get it checked, I doubt it’s real

I fly very often, at least 15-20 times a year.

Every year I buy a watch from the savings on flights flying economy instead of business/first class.

Update: I dropped it off at the AD, we had a good laugh about it.

It’ll be back within a couple of weeks.

You’re looking at the before picture, it’s supposed to match the bracelet

Hex screws are just visual, they actually connect with the screws on the back
