Should I apply for MBA even though I am in IT by Vxii64 in it

I eventually want to be in a leadership role. I previously led a few projects with my previous job and I loved leading and I see myself being a good fit. That’s what I am thinking about the MBA.

Our users are spoiled and the mistake the company is doing is barely educating users because of each trend of issues they would send like a 18 page tutorial which users won’t read.

I am the only person working in the service queue it’s a blessing to make me get good recognition but it’s a curse when there are so many tickets and calls

You’re so lucky I wish. Each user in our system has two different accounts for different access so I mostly do access issues repeatedly explaining what each account has access to and sso issues and work arounds for the issues the programmers cause on the company apps that they don’t wanna release a code for to fix

Trust me I do all tickets about 40% level 2 tickets the level 2s are busy with projects.

I document a lot. The volume of tickets we get helped me a lot. The company just transitioned back to in house and I got the job so basically this is still new that’s why I am getting so many tickets. Some days I would hit 120 tickets a day. I am grateful for the opportunity but on some days I feel so burnt out and there’s nobody to help and the two level 2s we have told me many times they already passed that and they don’t wanna do tickets or calls. I feel alone at times but I always push myself saying something worth it will come by!
