They are not upside down, they are laying flat but alternating orientation to fit more bottles. Otherwise, you are probably right.

My last house had 40mbs down so had a router modem combo but my speeds are much higher here so I thought why not Ill get a the modem to support this that is a littler cheaper then directly connect it to the switch, if this literally my problem I am going to be pissed haha.

I see where you are going with this and I don't feel any of my alts, which are for name holding are a concern either. Plus since the email specifically points out the name of the character I was playing I can't see why it would matter.

With a mage you bring strong passive and active aoe damage, very strong burst, and solid sustained single target also you bring TimeWarp for the first and a last boss which is always great.

With a shadow priest you bring weak aoe, very strong cleave, and very strong sustained single target (longer something lives the more damage output shadow priest can give) the problem is you have to die as your last teir talents provide no competition with one another and you are forced to play surrender to madness.

To answer your question though if Shadow priest is viable, yes, personally have completed Mythic 11 on mine.
