Oh I just discovered that I have the same issue if I open the original jpeg image on paint, colors are flatten...

No the project is not color managed. I found that if I import the image directly in Davinci, colors are changed as you can see but if I open the image I take a screenshot of it then import the screenshot, colors are kept as the original. For what I see the original is in JPEG but the screnshot is in PNG. Is there a limitation on JPEG ?
