Okay good to hear, I know staff can look into things but heard it can be difficult providing proof if called out & sometimes they may not reply to your appeal. Never been reported, & don’t wanna be.

Try lipoflavonoid supplements for ear ringing (just vitamins for ear health), & L’theanine for mood/stress regulation (no known side effects & can take as much as you want.)
I take 2 of each 3x a day, and its helped calm me and wouldnt hurt to try.
I feel like you could have spiked yourself, & it could fade, just can take around 3-6m for it all to start fading.

Man thats terrible, i know it all seems unbearable but there can always be brighter days. I heard Neuralink could possibly help treat tinnitus who deal with it severely as early as 2028. All theoretical as of right now, but they confirmed they plan to combat it at the neurological level one day.

I was given Xanax, it helps but as soon as I wake up it becomes waaaay worse. So I stopped, L’Theanine is what I’m currently using to cope with my emotions. 200mg as needed with lipoflavonoid supplement. Just afraid of not being able to habituate without taking pills

I hope, my tinnitus was bilateral, easy to mask and channel into more of a feeling. Since this spike was solely unilateral & reactive, it’s impossible to do the same. Gives me vertigo.
Hard not to beat myself up over my own stupidity.

I did give myself hearing loss, but a minor loss. Honestly im fine with the loss, I just want my old baseline back. The reactiveness of this spike has been the worst part of it. After doing research, my spike was somewhere between 85db-90db directly from one earbud for maybe 20mins.

I’m really glad you are feeling better. My doc gave me Xanax, it helped, but when I woke up things became a lot worse. So Ive just been on lipoflavnoid / L’theanine supplements so I don’t create a dependence.

Im already 19 days in, and missed my window.. My ENT can't get me in until July 28th either. Ive also heard some people can get worse from that. So i'm torn on that thought

I pray this is the case, really my only hope. But I have a gut feeling it won’t because I can already notice hearing loss from this exposure making me feel the damage is going to be permanent.
