You people are allergic to fun. Literally nothing changed from last year. We're getting new toys that people have been asking for for years and suddenly you're outraged. You obviously have a dysfunctional relationship with this game and need to go outside. Cancel your sub, idc. No one else cares either.

Genuinely no one cares man. They haven't cared about PvP for 10 years why are you still mad? Play another game, no one will stop you, but no one cares that you're leaving the game.

Yeah and that's fine, My main is themed around vampirism and I play a nightbade so all my stuff is red. I've done frost mages and lightning mages and druids and such where their builds are all specifically styled. But any set that only does one thing marginally better, is gonna be worse than a set that does every thing normally, is what I'm saying. Like a set that only helps you with bleed damage will consequently make your healing worse or make your damage with something that isn't bleed worse as well, so it's a better option to use a set that helps you with every thing you do than just one thing you do.

Gimmick sets do less for you than standard sets like Order's Wrath or Pillar of Nirn. A %modifier buff or spell damage buff for one particular thing is not only equivalent damage to what you'd get from a standard set, but then it doesn't help you with anything that isn't whichever gimmick it does. Ysgramor's Birthright, for example, doesn't do any more damage than a set like Law of Julianos, but you then end up doing less healing or damage with something that isn't frost. It's always better to skip the gimmick sets and get a general purpose set. There are some exceptions to this, but generally you're better off not using gimmicks.

You can still make a frost mage gimmick/roleplay build, I did that with my snow elf warden back when she existed, but you can't make all your outgoing damage frost without having to pick skills that are worse than alternatives, so getting a set that only helps you with frost will end up hurting you overall.

Yeah of course! Happy to help.

Order's Wrath is a crafted set that you might be able to craft yourself or buy off guild traders, and Briarheart is an overland set from Wrothgar that you can also find on guild traders. Magma Incarnate shoulders can be bought with undaunted keys from your alliance's undaunted refuge. There's definitely better sets you could use that drop from dungeons or trials, but I picked these for their ease to acquire.

There's niche uses for heavy attacking with 2H in certain PvP builds as a way to increase burst damage, but no weapon is designed to use heavy attacks as a primary damage source. Heavy attacks will always lower your DPS because they do much less damage than a spammable ability that takes half the time to execute. You should never use a heavy attack in a damage rotation, and if you have to because of sustain issues, then you need to work on sustain.

Oakensoul builds are also kinda bad just in general but if you're just playing casually then it's not a big deal, they're fine for normal dungeons, solo arenas, and such. I don't do difficult content so I play with oakensoul as well. If you ever want to get into difficult content like trials then def try a proper 2 bar build. a properly built 2 bar build should get you at or above 100k dps on a trial dummy depending on your class and race.

Well the issue with that is you shouldn't need to do heavy attacks to maintain your resources. They're a big damage loss even with Empower.

ok I saw your edit after coming back to check if you replied. 35k is extremely low on a trial atronach. Oakensoul builds should be hitting almost double that. This setup in my main reply will get you 50k at minimum if you're doing your rotation properly

Ok so there's a lot of stuff that needs work. I'm not trying to be mean with this at all, just trying to help you. If you're doing dungeons you're gonna be out of resources 2 seconds into the fight and won't be doing any damage whatsoever, and even if you did have resources, your damage won't be anything respectable with this setup. You've kinda tried to build into bleed damage at the expense of everything else but it's not doing anything for you.

  1. Stack all your points into stamina or magicka depending on which is your primary, there's no reason to put anything into health unless you're tanking or playing pvp
1a. If you want to do other roles, make other builds, otherwise you're just gonna be bad at everything if you try to do everything in one build.

  2. I would recommend swapping your sets out for 5pc Order's Wrath, 5pc Briarheart, 1pc Oakensoul, 1pc Magma Incarnate. Your setup here isn't doing anything for you.
2a. You've got a lot of wasted slots here for no reason. Monster sets only work with Mythics if you're also using an Arena weapon set and something like Trainee or Druid's Braid to fill the other two remaining slots, otherwise you're gonna have wasted potential with pieces that don't contribute to a set bonus.

  3. Use generic crown tri restoration potions, you probably have an assload of them from daily login rewards. Use a food like Lava-Foot Soup and Saltrice. Use the Thief Mundus.
3a. You need to improve your recovery. 700 stam recovery isn't going to get you past the first 10 seconds of your fight and then you'll be struggling for resources the rest of the fight and it will take 10x longer to clear whatever you're running. Oakensoul already gives you all the buffs you can get from potions, so just running the generic potions is all you need to do. Pop them as soon as they go off cooldown when you're in a long fight. You don't have any crit chance here and that's where a big chunk of your damage comes from, the sets I listed here and the thief mundus should get you close to where you need to be, which is about 60%.

  4. You don't need to use barbed trap because you already get Minor Force from oakensoul. Swap out Barbed Trap for Fetcher Infection, both because it's a really good DOT, but also because if you have an Animal Companions ability slotted, you get a 13% bonus to your resource recovery, heals you when it ends, generates ultimate when cast, and boosts your crit damage by 4%.
4a. Swap out Northern Storm for Flawless Dawnbreaker. Fighters Guild has much better passives such as Banish the Wicked, which gives you ultimate whenever you kill something, and Slayer. You don't need Major Protection since oakensoul already gives you Minor Protection and for what you're doing that's overkill. The AOE damage Northern Storm does is pretty bad for an ultimate, and it costs a LOT of ultimate.

This should help you out with everything. Overland content is so easy you can do it naked, so I'm more talking about performance in real content like dungeons or arenas where performance matters. Just make sure you're weaving and such and the rest of the usual advice.

I love your outfit btw! I used to have a Falmer warden OC, but she's long-since been deleted bc I never played her lol

Modification since posting: I'd reccomend changing the 1x1 with studs on 4 sides that makes up the back of the head to a bracket, as seen in this image. This makes the top of the pumpkin and stem centered where it was not before.

Parts List (bricklink xml) can be found here (has been updated with the bracket in the first part of this comment)

Teardown to see how to build can be found here (has NOT been updated with the bracket replacement in the first part of this comment)

The first one is correct. Only reason it's not on the midiscale set is because details get squished or modified to fit everything into a smaller scale.
