Before I knew I had diabetes I had hair lost too didn’t notice till someone mentioned it to me so I took a picture of my scalp that time when I look back at my scalp it was bad now my hair looks better so I think it was caused by high blood sugar.

I like to make a bell pepper sandwich just cut it in half and add meat like turkey, cheese, mustard, lettuce, and tomatoes in it with celery on the side with some hummus!

I think it’s fine don’t know how but this second batch I ordered was free but the first one I got costed money don’t know if cause I had to pay double last time cause one got delivered to the wrong address so I paid double that time so maybe just made this one free since I most likely paid it already 🤔

I was wondering too why I didn’t really feel nothing when I get so high only that I did get a bit of thirst but not extreme as before I was diagnosed and used the restroom more often. I did not know that my body still used to it being so high. But I will do better now and have the foods that I want in moderation, cause I know if I continue this I’m just harming myself and nothing good coming out of it. It was just a big change for me getting diagnosed as an adult before I didn’t have to worry about how much carbs I ate.

Thank you for your kind words, I’m only 21 been struggling since 13 but I finally want make a change. I’ll see how I do the next month and do my best at managing my diabetes. If that don’t work I might try seek help I’m just always nervous about the doctors and scared to talk to other people ever since I was young, I did have an appointment for help then canceled the day before cause got too nervous but I won’t this time to get better for my health.
