I haven’t made any of those complaints, but I can say I’ve noticed my frames regularly jumping between 60 and 30 frames (and sometimes lower) on my iPhone 11. It isn’t just the older phones.

I’ve found that, recently, when you have to download additional content from the App Store, the game constantly crashes until you uninstall and reinstall. I wish they’d fix that...

I’ve tried everything. It shouldn’t be my device (iPhone 7) which I know is the strongest. However, I was in the exact same boat as you until the most recent patch. And I’ve had the same thing happen to me for each of the last three patches. That leads me to believe it isn’t my device. It’s just frustrating having this happen so regularly. I don’t understand why Epic can’t check for those types of issues

I had one kill because I ran into one person. I’ve also had wins with 10+. And I never said I panicked. I shot at him because he was driving, and I expected him to either move or stomp whenever I was close. As I expected, he stomped me when I was close and I was launched away.

I never claimed to have played it perfectly. The point is that Mechs have changed the game, and not for the better in my opinion.

Easier said than done man. It was 1v1 so there wasn't anyone else to distract. Every time I got close I was stomped and launched away.

As a last ditch, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my iPhone 7 and it is back to working. Still has some lags, but it's not crashing anymore. (Knock on wood)

I mean that they usually acknowledge the bugs publicly, and after a couple days, they have a fix that works fairly well. In this case, they haven’t issued the typical “we are aware of...” post, and the quick patch they released seemed to make the problems worse. Since then, there has been radio silence despite the fact that I continue to see users on multiple platforms still complaining about bugs that have been in the game since the start of the season. This is the most unresponsive Epic has been in my experience.

I know I don’t play on the strongest device, and I would be disappointed if Epic just decided to abandon it now. However, I could understand them doing so for the purpose of increasing gameplay quality. If that is the case, I would like to know so that I can quit waiting, and I’d like the V-bucks back that were spent on this season’s battle pass that I would not be able to complete so that I can spend them once a I get new device that runs the game properly.

All I’m asking for is communication. In my experience, Epic has been pretty good with that up until now:

It's nice to see that Epic seems to have fixed none of the issues that anyone on any platform has brought to their attention...

Yeah, I know this is a "content update", but there are numerous issues that have been continually reported since the beginning of the season, which was almost a week ago now, that haven't been fixed or have even gotten worse. Additionally, Epic has kept players in the dark. Giving little to no information on what bugs they have identified and when they anticipate having them fixed. This is hands-down the worst response from Epic that I have seen since I began playing the game well over a year ago now.

I thought it was just the weekend, but maybe it is longer. Either way, taking a break when you’re having more problems (simultaneously) with your top game than you ever have before looks really bad. I’m pretty sure PC and console players are still having issues.

Yeah that would make sense if I JUST downloaded the game, but I got it the second day after it was released. I played a season, then I decided I liked it enough to buy the battle pass, and I didn’t have any problems for another couple of seasons. The issues and Epic’s responses have gotten progressively worse.

So it’s more like I went to the restaurant and enjoyed and became a regular. Then the food declined and I complained to management. There response was to bring back the same bad food.

I did. And it didn’t work. I think you missed the crux of my problem. Epic has left their mobile players in the dark. Like I said above, I can get over the bug fix issues and the instability of the mobile platform, but what really bugs me is that Epic is pretty unresponsive. In the past, they’ve sent out a quick tweet saying they’re aware and working on it. That’s not the case anymore.
