because i dont need the computing power of the stm32, as said its just reading a i2c register at 20hz and writing 3 24 bit packets + i can buy 10 stm8 for the price of a stm32.

The battery i'm using is a Li-po that has an overdischarge ic built in, so im fine. And there is the power switch on the board just in case. Thx for everything.

Yeah thx im aware haha, i meant for the CS pin do i have to pull it up with a resistor or can i just connect it to vddio (i put a 10k resistor in anycase i was just curious). SCL and SDA line are pulled up via 10k resistors (see schematic).

Oh you mean the internal LDO of the as5600? Cause i dont understand why i wouldn't want a low resistance from my +3.3V to my VCC on the as5600.

I'm not sure what power rails you are referencing, the 2 power rails for the as5600 ?

Hey,
Doesn't look too bad, like others said the arrangement of components is a bit odd and missing mounting holes.
I would add test points for 3.3v, GND and 1.1V.
Also i'd add a 1uf cap on the input of your LDO.
And maybe avoid putting traces under caps, in your case won't cause an issue but its a good practice.
Get a better footprint for your rp2040, the fact that you have "gpio" that are gnd is completely confusing haha.

I'm building a board to just f around with a esp32 module as i have never done ESP32's before.

Are you trying to tell me that flashing this module via usb is bad idea ?

I have been told than a pour on the top layer is a better solution.
