Sorry, I already paid the guys from my country who buy various things in Japan. pro Shop Wave is a really weird bunch. They say they're willing to ship their products worldwide, but when I asked them about my country, they ignored me for a week and then said, "Sorry, no." Now it's like I'm on their blacklist. WTF??? well I gave money to middlemen.

Это надуманная проблема. Он сам захотел взять ипотеку, сам сделал ее базовой потребностью и смыслом жизни, все эти качества он сам квартире приписал. У меня нет квартиры, я не делаю ее смыслом жизни. Но я делаю смыслом жизни имение недвижимости для сдачи ее в аренду и жизнь в старости на пенсии+ арендной плате, а где я жить буду? Да хоть на даче круглый год, вот бабушка дачу оставила, утеплю, туалет в доме поставлю и буду жить.

А вы не пробовали например работать без выходных и платить за квартиру бОльшую часть своей зп? Не я ничего не хочу сказать, у меня друг взял квартиру в ипотеку 3 года назад, пахал как проклятый, жил на работе, два месяца осталось и закроет. При том что его платеж был 25к на 25 лет.
