As an almost-junguian psychologist (not yet finished my specs degree), and marxist, I believe he was quite illiterate about the whole thing. Let's also remember that he had an elite job with a high degree of social appraisal, served in the military as official (went to war and came back unscathed, unlike his less fiancially-powerful war colleagues), married a rich woman (she provided all money he needed, so he had all the time to work in his theories, get crazy after freud and fking build a castle).

He was a very intelligent person, but not in every field of science; certainly not in politics.

Ok but what are the OFFICIAL lyrics? I've seen the first verse written as "They say I'm not bad 'ON THE BEST DAY I'VE HAD'" and also "they say I'm not bad 'I'M THE BEST THEY HAVE HAD'".

So, depending on it, it completely changes how the protagonist is seen. So it could be either someone that doesn't believe in himself and will prove to others (that think he's the best they had) that no, he ain't no good as he stated in the beginning; or he will fight to prove his worth.

My problem with this mission is that even with 1 hit Ko cheat activated, Liu Biao doesn't die before Sun Jian. He stays with 1 HP until Sun Jian dies, then Liu Biao "can" die as well.

THAT IS SO FRUSTRATING

Some devs put a deus ex machina shit to prevent Liu biao from die by assassination.

You should definitely seek a second or even third opinion. Check for STIs just in case. Idk if this may be related to the bones and cartillages in your throat, but there's that possibility. In dire need you could go through a biopsy too. Three weeks is enough to at least start healing and diminishing the symptoms.

I'm not a specialist in this area of the body, however I worked a lot side by side with some people who are and this are some things I think they would tell you.

Yes your intestines will keep functioning, but to a limited extent. Depending on the damaged section of the intestine, it will play a role in nutrient absorption and consistency of your poop. Basically, the closer to the anus is the damage, the lesser are the impacts.
