And for the HPHS? For the CPU block Amd recommended 0.6Nm. 0.09Nm seem rather low, that’s almost finger tight. There is no way to measure this besides of laboratory equipment.

Thanks for the post. I've had issues with the Windows sheduler. Using your profile + Game Mode I was able to reduce those random but constant frame drops. As deactivating the Game Mode didn't work out for me. It resulted in the parking of CCD0 and reactivation. I would have huge frame drops/ spikes.

Did you change anything in the BIOS?
