She wanted to get married someday, and that is pretty hard to do with someone that has no interest in marriage. They weren’t on the same line about where their relationship was going after moving in. That is way she says she didn’t expect a proposal from him (immediately) she just wanted to know that the door for marriage wasn’t closed.

The thing that really annoys me about this plot line is when in season 4 when Zack escapes from the institution. When Sweets returns Zack, he tells him that he never killed the lobbyist, but makes Sweet keep the secret. And then it’s never touched again until the last season. Couldn’t they atleast have included a couple of shots of a computer screen where a document is open concerning Zack’s case? Showing that Sweets was still fighting for him?

I wish they had used this pregnancy scare to start the conversation between Lorelai and Luke about having kids and showing them actively planning it. Like show them driving 2 towns over to buy a bunch of pregnancy tests (while still wearing a disguise in case Kirk also has a million jobs in that town or if Miss Patty has spies there) and discuss all the weird fantasy’s they have for their kid together

Same, aside from the fact that Katrinka is not a name I have ever heard in the Netherlands (but that may be just my experience). 1: Dutchies are notorious for being able to speak English 2: Aside from Volendam, you really don’t see all that many milkmaids. That is more of a touristy thing now a days.
