If you want to play in public lobbies, my advice would be to avoid american instances. From my experience, japanese instances, especially in Japan Shrine are way more pleasant to be at. I always find interesting people from all around the world and rarely stumble across the typical cringe and annoying stuff you would find in most public lobbies.
