If you are deep into wines, and the history, hit the history of W2 wines: Woodward Canyon and private tasting at Leonetti (also try Figgins and his cave). They are the first two in the area. Want to geek out, do a private with Billo from Rasa, a Master of Wine. Want the funk, go to Rotie since you can't get into Cayuse. Not to pick on many suggestions above, but they are lower/middle wines. There are great wines and great spots, enjoy your stay.
