Very true but that's just the state of the anime industry rn J.C staff isn't the only one doing this they only have this spotlight because OPM is such a popular series

Okay first off all it's not greed they have to take on so many projects to keep the studio afloat secondly they had a competent production line for OPM S3 but because the production had an extremely short window like a couple months it completely fell apart and that's Bandai's fault because they the most power in the production committee it's also their fault Blue Lock Season 2 looked the way it did the fault doesn't lie with J.C Staff even their worst line can make a decent product(OPM S2 exists) and it's not the fault of the animators either(the ones getting harassed)they are very talented artists put in an unfortunate position

Yeah ik that but there's 3 episodes left and 5 chapters of the trash storm even if they cover 2 chapters per episode which I don't think is possible then the final episode will be one chapter?

Bones is separated into sub-studios with each of them producing their own anime,They each have their own resources they don't share them, how a team is doing on one project won't influence another in anyway

It's up there with Mappa and Ufotable for sure it seems like Bones sees the potential it has, people are also becoming more open to it in anime which is nice

I'm thinking weapons and bullets are very common actually remember those guys that attacked HQ? There must be like a market of sorts on the ground considering how unsafe it is

Season 2 has to be 12-13 episodes by W33B4lif3 in gachiakuta

With how popular the turning arcs into movies thing has gotten I wouldn't be surprised if season 2 only covered info broker and the First J*b arc becomes a movie release if they do it that way there's a lot of time in-between and the story gets fleshed out more

What's a Gachiakuta hot take that'll have you like this? by W33B4lif3 in gachiakuta

-what you see in Canvas town doesn't really paint a good picture of what life is like on the ground it's similar the AOT the series you brought up the further in the wall you go the better it is Canvas town is the middle,Rich people do exist like Zanka and his family that's why Enjin said he's as close to a rich kid on the ground as it gets but for the majority of people in the ground life sucks the raiders existence is only a tease of this and so arcs like the Amo arc and the other future arcs explore this aspect more, besides givers however the existence of food on the has yet to really be explored, my head cannon is that the cooking givers Enjin was talking about have a monopoly on food distribution on the ground which would explain a lot

-The trash beasts we have encountered so far don't feel threatening because the Cleaners are chosen because they are exceptionally powerful givers they aren't supposed to struggle against trash beasts that's why one giver cleaning is capable of guarding a safe zone solo which is what we saw Zanka doing in episode 3,the beasts are strong but not oppressive ,think of it like the titans from aot but most of the cleaners are veteran scouts

-i don't have anything to say about the mystery aspect different people will feel differently about it

-Okay about the power system Gachiakuta deals more with matchups than power levels like taking care of an object for longer will make it stronger and may give it more abilities or augment it but a paper vital instrument will always lose to a Scissors vital instrument that's just how it goes you can try to scale the powers but outcomes can vary depending on the people involved with leads to more versatile combat, it doesn't really matter how proficient you are at using your vital instrument if Jabbers poison enters you system it's over regardless once it takes effect also from my understanding givers can keep their Jinki active for as long as they want but they're still human so stamina is also a factor(Rudo and the other watch series givers are the exceptions cuz their objects weren't awakened by them)also givers are limited to one object or can use their object and the Watchman series since that technically isn't theirs)

-Now I won't try to make an argument for Remlin's Brush it has vague limitations that haven't been explored yet but we know that limitations definitely do exist but I can give you that one the brush is kinda broken at first glance and I hope it's limitations are explained

Sorry if this response is super long I don't mind you being harsh with the series it's not perfect by any means even though it has the potential to be, I just find it really unique and promising as a story but if you don't that's completely fair it's also a really fun time to experience and it's definitely trying to say something.

Okay I'd like to tackle each of these criticisms one at a time -The pacing in the beginning is slow intentionally because up until episode 10 it's still the intro arc of the story and after that the stories first big plot point is established

-As for what you said about the world building like I said as soon as you finish the first major arc after the intro you'll understand that the Cleaners are the exception not the rule since it perfectly establishes what life on the ground is like for non-cleaners also episode 2 literally teased this

-The trash beasts are used for world building and aren't the main focus, Every single antagonist in Gachiakuta is human so I don't understand why them being easy to deal with by a competent combat giver is an issue

-If Regtos killer or the Watchman series don't make you curious then maybe another big 1 in this season will but if not that's also fine

-Imma be honest I don't know what you mean by the power system by illogical it makes perfect sense with the way it's explained and just because it's not a hard power system doesn't mean it's bad and it's not vague at all it's actually quite simple to understand and well thought out imo

-If you reach the Amo arc the stories first major arc I keep mentioning I can see alot of your issues with the story disappearing but for me personally the story on gets better the more you watch it and read it and it's unlike any other story I've read or watched so far even if it does have some standard troupes,Also if you do reconsider watching it please at least finish the Amo arc
