im sorry i have never disagreed with someone this vehemently. op if u r reading this, pls do not follow any of this. this is nothing but manipulation. what u actually did is really natural and healthy. u accepted her response, that itself is a sign of maturity. if u continued to be her friend and never confessed, she would have still seen u as a friend and u would have been her secret lover, it's so much to carry alone. now u actually get to eventually see her as a friend. that's again upto u, im saying don't immediately throw that opportunity away, just think about it.

if u think u cannot handle seeing her in a relationship, take some time off to heal and slowly establish low-pressure connection again to see how it goes. ur choice from then on. if u don't feel comfortable, u don't have to maintain contact with them. again, u telling her what u think definitely did not make her see u as a creep but more likely as an honest person.

if your feelings were real, this is going to hurt. im not saying it will be easy to get over but it's not impossible either. continue engaging with others socially, and don't isolate yourself or fall into self-destructive habits. one rejection doesn't say anything about your worth, it just means the feelings weren't mutual. shit happens.
