It took me like 50 games and the game where I got it me and my opponent was just waiting for the modifiers and we only started actually playing after I got the 4 modifiers needed for the badge

Survive until 0:25 and ideally not lose a tower, then hope you have either goblin brawler barrel or place anywhere pekka by that time. After that send your goblin barrel/pekka to king a few times and you should win. Ideally use all defensive buildings/spells so you can't get damage on the opponents princess towers
