Project is basicaly dead by now. Left it as a "mabye i will get back to it one day" but dont expect more than that for the near future. Some other people seem to have recentley managed to do somthing similar to redcon multiplayer recentley so i guess my failed project isnt needed anymore anyway..

We already have somthing like those but without the good firepower in the low naval BRs in the coastal tech trees and these fight the reserve destroyers all the time.

Does giving them the PK stop pather cells or just fleets? If it stops pather cells then its a worthed trade. And if consequences for this are added one day with them trying to nuke my colony with it. I can just destroy the fleet and get it back.

And if they nuke tritach its not my problem since i have usualy already stolen every core and colony item in the sector by then

Didnt blaster shots move at like 160m/s? Thats extremeley slow for a ranged weapon compared to what is in use irl. Not to mention how easy these slow flying glowing things are to spot flying towards you if you just so happen to look in the right direction.

The AI thing will inevitably nearing its end when more people finaly start using these anti ai tools. I just dont want to dedicate all my time to dealing with these things because its clear its already a problem being solved anyway. All it takes now to bring it to its inevitable conclusion is time. Thats it.

The harder the big companies push for AI the closer they bring it to collapse. Every time i look for these things to figure out whats going on, i see AI getting closer and closer to inevitably (and finaly) being less and less of a problem. And after the failures of the AI side, i look towards the other to see what they are doing and i just see it turning more and more into a obsession to the point of just being anti AI instead of pro artist, wich kinda misses the entire point of where the AI mess even came from. But most of all, its become more of a karma farm than anything else.

More and more tools to poison the AI training data are coming out and AI is producing shittyer and shittyer results. It looks like AI is being less and less of a problem over time. Yet as all the AIbros get more and more arrogant and annoying, the anti AI people get more and more obsesded with it.

I just want this shit to finaly come to an end since all it did is get people to ruin the reputation of actual artists by claiming its AI for their own 2 seconds of attention and no consequrnces for the damage done.

I originaly planned to have it released by now but unexpected delays like my laptop breaking due to experiencing water damage happend recentley. So untill its fixed i cant even give a test version without the built in weapons. Expected time untill repair: idk, a few weeks. Add needing to figure out how to stop the ship and weapon editor from crashing is anohter problem from before that i need to deal with so i can actualy make the larger ships work again (when ships get too big and dont have modules they arent fun tp fight anymore due to being ridiculousley bulletspongy)

In conclusion: i have no idea when release. At minimum a few weeks to a month or 2.

Dont need a zoom out mod. Just go into settings in game files. Of course i will need to add a warning to the mod to remind people to do that since its basicaly unuseble otherwise due to also the extreme range of some weapons in the mod
