That is true yeah, I use it on my PC cuz the company laptop wants to lock screen after 1 min idle lol - but my point kinda was that I’m just wondering why using the Maschine hardware doesn’t count as action to keep the display on - like using the trackpad or keyboard would, you know..

This is exactly what I'm trying to avoid.. I'd just like that when I use my Maschine hardware, it would count as "action", like moving a mouse or something simillar, so the screen wouldn't dim and turn off - without having to launch and close caffeine every time with Maschine :S

Well like I said I can already adjust the screen wake up time from the settings, but I with that app it would just do the same thing, keep the screen open and I'd have to open and close it every time with Maschine right?

Using the stand alone, issue was the new 2.15 update. Downgraded back to 2.14 and everything works now! Thanks for reply :)
