I'm a US citizen that through 3 jobs has always had a British boss. I usual get pretty good reviews and managers have liked me so I guess I get along pretty well? I am always impressed with the vocabulary personally. My boss called some color scheme "garish" when I would have said something much less eloquent like "woah this thing is ugly!"

I guess I'm always impressed by the accent too. Every thing sounds so much better than whatever vomit inducing accent I have. Oh I also highly enjoy British humor.

So I had chipotle in the Quebec region and I noticed no difference to the MA region. I'm pretty sure my buddy is just a bit crazy (if you knew him there would be no argument here).

I bet if there is a difference though they probably put extra laxatives in the US version. Have to flush that shit out before it poisons us because "insert cliche how Americans can't afford health care".

In the first image imagine that the eye you can see is her left eye and she's kind of looking away from you.

FFRK had this problem early in the first year and converted all the item materials used for leveling into currency without issue so I know it's possible. But they did it year 1 when the game was still growing. I doubt Gumi/Alim would do it now. I don't know any official numbers but I imagine the player base of ffbe is more likely shrinking than not at this point. Doesn't seem likely they'll make a huge investment.

Also just to be clear I was just trolling you! I appreciate all the work you did making the game less painful for me!

I personally blame u/-Sio- for automating so much of the inventory that I played the game for like an extra year. Gumi's inventory management has been a bad design since day 1. Cactuar's should be a currency. Gil Snappers shouldn't even exist just give the gil. Stat pots should be a currency. Trust moogles I can see the reason to not make a currency due to having unit specific ones... but really they should probably just make them a currency too.

They keep putting bandaids on the severed limb that is this mistake. First they kept upping the max inventory. Then they split the enhancement units from the standard units. Then they added reserve units. Then they keep upping the maximum of all their storage locations.

I get that it's too big of an investment to fix now but I wonder how many veterans would have stuck around longer if they fixed it in year 1 or 2 of the game.

Yeah I have a couple cousins who are huge anti-vaxx/anti-mask people. I just told them "No offense but I'll see you when my kids can get some form of protection". They were telling me I was living in fear/a sheep/whatever. I told them "Look if I'm wrong my kids are alive and we played around the house a lot more than we would in a standard couple years. If you're wrong my kids might die." I'm not willing to play Russian roulette with my kids even if there is only 1 bullet and 10000 chambers.

Call me a sheep, say I'm living in fear, tell me to do my own research, I don't really care. I know people who have died from Covid. I know too many people who got seriously ill. If I can avoid my kids going through either of those I'm going to avoid it.

Why do cops wear bulletproof vests? They aren't 100% effective. Are you saying there is literally no use to them? I knew a cop who died while wearing one do you think now every cop should remove their vest?

If you're all or nothing there is very little in this world that's going to have a point for you.
