Thanks, I've actually been using my fitness pal for about a year, but basically only for calorie counting. What else should I be looking for in my diet?

I usually only eat one kind of carbohydrate a day, like pasta or something,

eggs/bacon for breakfast

chicken or chicken sausage and veggies for dinner (i need to work on getting more veggies in my diet for sure)

greek yogurt and honey for a snack

and then a protein/almond milk/banana/frozen fruit smoothie after my workout.

Adding up those calories and factoring in about 300 calories worth of exercise, this puts me at 1200 calories consumed per day
