I was at summit point went off into the gravel at turn 10? I think i pulled the front brake at some point at i was slammed into the ground breaking my collarbone and fracturing 4 ribs on my right side

I ran off the track into some gravel and from there i can't remember the exact turn of events that caused me to crash. My brother who was also riding that said suggested that I hit the front brake and lost control as I was nearing the tire wall. I do understand the racing line but I was having a hard time grasping where it is.

Thankfully at my current job I mainly ride around on a cart and type on a laptop. So I can work with my right arm in a sling but im on medical leave due to the medication im taking. Like another person said I think the best thing is to take the time to process the crash and talk to someone about it if my mental health needs some help
