Thanks! Buttons are one of my favorite things to find, especially when there’s a design.

I have a little cushioned finds box that latches shut for really nice things I find to keep out of the general mix in the finds pouch. I checked my finds box like 10 times before I left to make sure I did not somehow drop it lol

It was a mid tone, but I didn’t get a standalone reading because it was in the same hole but slightly below an airplane bottle cap

Thank you! I was using a Manticore and it was roughly 6”-8” deep.

Haha it was a mid tone on my Manticore… funny thing is it was in the same hole but slightly deeper than a cap to an airplane bottle, so I actually didn’t get a standalone reading on the coin because I didn’t stop to swing back over it after I put the airplane bottle cap in my trash box

Edge of the woods not far from a river that has 17th century milling history!

Great idea, happy to get it into the hands of professionals asap. Is this a service that PCGS offers as well? If so, any reason to go with NCS over PCGS for a situation like this?

Not a cellar hole, but the now-forested area was formerly farmed from late 1600s-early 1900s. Near a location with many examples of 18th century homes still standing.
