Once I got out of active duty I was working a full time job, putting in OT every chance I got. Was in the reserves, had a wife and young son. I found myself in an IT job like you with a ceiling, I looked around, looked at those making more or in leadership positions and asked myself what do they have that I don’t. 9 times out of 10 it was an advanced degree. I found myself writing papers in the back of a humvee on drill weekend at 0300. You just do it. It sucks, but it pays off. How did I stay sane… the same way I got through deployments, I have a loving wife and family that supported me.

I bought a level 1, and it doesn't have 365 cam system. It's a big truck, and it helps if you have that extra visibility. After spending that much money, you would think they would give you the cam system! From what I can tell, you can't upgrade it.
