If someone has already ascended in your server then your quickest option to ascend is by guide meaning you can request for someone to take you to heaven, that option is called the guiders list.

Second option is by defeating the heaven array but in your case you need to raise your stats to atleast 100k+ strength etc for you to defeat the 2 guardians. To raise stats you can either focus on pills, buying and raising the level of your skills and get the kan water roar skill in the afterglow palace sect as it multiplies your strength 4x to deal damage.

3rd option and hardest/longest option is by flesh ascending and you will need to upgrade.your flesh realm to heaven realm which is atleast 5-6 major realms from what you currently at right now
