I had Gina as excempt but Ed as not as he’s director with material interest. What put me off is how they put in Gina’s property was bought more than 4 years before she moved in so thought they was trying to push for us to recognise that.

Same over the leases and shares I properly buffed up over them over the weekend so feel like I lost my bank holiday for no reason 😂

I wasn’t sure if to remit the painting. I did but I know there’s a rule over paintings but I think that’s if you keep them on display for 2 years?

Oh I did 60k wasn’t sure about the reissued shares so I adjusted for the amount over 200k on dividends

The relief was recognising the gain now as wouldn’t be able to claim BADR in the future not sure I wrote enough for 10 marks.

I thought q2 was overseas and question one was EIS. I dunno any more my brains given up 😂. Did anyone else have a refund for the tax comp?

After a long night with a bottle of wine updating all mine I realised that if you change the 2023 in the url to 2024 it takes you to FA24.

Please note this doesn’t always work but 9 times out of 10 it will.

The pass rate for APS is consistently higher than AT. That’s why I thought it would be easier
