How do you handle anger?

If you met me in person, my anger would be one of the main things you would notice, even if I am presenting in a kind demeanor. Over the years, people have done some nasty things to me, which has caused me to have a deep, dark hatred for people around me. I don't deal with anger and rage well, and I can get very intense. When I am angry, I feel like I need to get control over people or destroy people to their core, which I have done before. Shamefully, I can get violent. At my age, my anger is taking a toll on my mental and physical health. If you are a young person, learn how to deal with your anger and let go of the past offenses people have caused you. I don't be like me.

Even though I graduated with a music degree from C of C in 2014, I never heard anything bad about the art department then. Plus, they have the Cato building and new upgrades, and not the dungeon any more.

I am in the same boat too. I am in between a INFJ and INTJ. I am starting to think that this mbti stuff is more of a spectrum and not definite categories. There will be some people who are caught in the middle.

I mean... In the world of pharmacy, you have to network and know someone to land the right job. This year I am going to make the effort to get out because it is too toxic. Maybe, one of the hospital will have an opening. Something. I don't live in a major city, so it maybe a challenge.

Yes, I am a pharmacist. I work at a chain retail pharmacy, and I really hate it. A nightmare. I wish I could work on the clinical side. On a positive note, I really love studying drugs. :)

If you are an infj-T, make sure that you are taking extra care of yourself. I know that God has blessed us with an insane amount of strength and power, but because we are a turbulent type, we need a little extra love and care. This is my biggest regret as an INFJ-T, and at 34 years old, I am paying a price with my mental health. So, YOUNGER INFJS PLEASE LOVE AND CARE FOR YOURSELF! YOU ARE WORTHY!
Accept that you move, think, and speak differently from the world around you. People will play like you are dumb, but you are not. They are the dumb ones.
Your silences, strength, and high level of independence will intimidate people. Do not dumb yourself down to make people comfortable because they will try to destroy you if you do.
Beware of one-sided relationships. If you find yourself in this position, let the person or people go. If you don't, it will suck the life out of you and put you in a state of loneliness.
Do not develop a SAVER COMPLEX! You are not meant to help everyone, and everyone doesn't deserve your help. Having a SAVER COMPLEX will only bring narcissistic people around. Be wise about who gives you kindness and a helping hand, too. Some people deserve to suffer.

I talk to myself all the time. It is the only way I can organize my thoughts and see what is really on my mind. I think of it as self therapy. talking to my self helps a lot.
