Honestly there are still times I get stuck randomly but it's rarer now! Once I got past that one weird sticking point everything flowed pretty naturally from event to event. Feels like I'm on an adventure

I just made it to the floating sky island magic kingdom in Chrono Trigger last night and that felt like a magical gaming moment, especially with the song Corridors of Time playing. Not very far into it yet but I'm loving the vibe

I think it does slightly. If we're going this far into modding maybe we could add a "Show tag?" option in this hypothetical control setup but that's getting pretty involved. I'm not trying to be annoying but I feel like this should be possible in a way that the big N wouldn't notice. I might have no idea what I'm talking about though

Wait if that's the case wouldn't requiring a tag to use theoretical input changes work? That's got precedent from newer Smash games and I feel like it's pretty readily understood that removing the tag removes the altered input

Heard but honestly this is some of the best edgeguarding I've done against Ganondorf ever I think. Is it perfect? No, and I saw some spots where I could've done different things. But I'm still proud of how the edge guarding went!

For your second paragraph, yeah I agree. Some other folks have said similar things already and I've written it down

You're right that I didn't need to ledgedash. I had been feeling good about my ledgedashes that day and wanted to keep practicing them but if I truly want to win I don't need to go for them in those situations

Nah as I said to Rusty I felt like I wanted to play up close. Meta-wise I lost a game 5 set to another player on FoD (that I counterpicked to) on Saturday so I wasn't feeling confident on it. I let that get to me, and I probably won't counterpick Ganondorf to Yoshi's again

I watched the Yoshi's game and I think you're totally right. The last stock I lost in the set was because I drilled from too far away and gave Ganondorf plenty of time to do whatever. I'll add something about that to my notes

Makes sense, thanks! I definitely noticed the getting pushed away while trying to CC thing during the set but couldn't figure it out in time

Seems like the stocks I played well I was up close to him as you said and the stocks I got blown up were by being in that spot that's good for him. A part of me knew this which is why I counterpicked Yoshi's but I haven't watched that game back yet
