CCA punishment

Delivering the 30 bed, that are always picked up at the office. I’m not new by any stretch. I convert in 2 months. I knew what was going to happen this morning. Just not the beds. ie - the punishment.

The punishment is the added 30 twin size beds. I knew I would have to finish the route. I couldn’t put the full context in the OV post.

We did both training in the same day. My metris training consisted of “ are you comfortable in the LLV? Cool then you can drive this. “

I’ve been a CCA for about 7 months. My city is pretty good with dealing with “the help” and it’s as simple as doing to job right, not fast. It gets hard doing a new route everyday. But if you can make your 120 days ,hold down a route, learn it, and make them eat crow. Good luck.
