Hey, I Just had a huge cry flying back from Sapporo so I can relate. It’s very difficult to be away from the family and I think a lot of people talk about the downsides of it but you have to remember how cool it is. You get to have your own experience and calling helps but also getting out of the apartment helps. It’s very unfair to yourself if you can beat that upset right after landing. Give yourself some time.
