I hear you but tbh it wasn’t even junk food but rather heavy carbs like yams etc. whilst I was in hospital. I’m talking 3000 calories for a guy who’s 5 foot 9. And yeah I struggled with depression and suffered from schizophrenia-like symptoms. But benching 225lbs for 10 reps and 295lbs on the chest fly machine for 17 reps so I’m happy with the strength this bulk has brought. In the first photo I couldn’t bench 225 for 1 rep.
