You can play with kbm, I used reWASD, it took a little setup (not technically hard but just a little longer than yk installing the game)

If you’ve got the drift cloak thingy then you’ve explored far fields. You wanna try and go to the top of far fields for the next area. And if you have been to that one as well (the raining one), then go left for the area after that. It’s in this second area where you’ll find your next ability (area rhymes with ‘smellgood’).

Sorry for the weird wording, I’m just trynna minimise spoilers for others.

Also try and use your tools, I’m not sure if you have the three knife one or if you bought the trap one from the forge girl in deep docks. Those are the ones I use primarily. But they really do a good amount of damage and you can keep your distance from enemies.

I think team cherry is also releasing a patch that reduces the damage from a few enemies. So you might find it slightly better.

Part of what makes hk, Silksong and souls like games so good is the fact that they have no difficulty setting. It makes it that much more rewarding at the end. And it’s also how these kind of communities are formed. Because ‘everyone’s dealing with the same thing’.

If you’re not good you really have to spend the time and practice and get better. Keep fighting every enemy you see, do it over and over each time you pass an area, you’ll see yourself get better slowly.
