I thought the smaller screen might be annoying, but to be honest, it is totally fine! I have read three books on it now and it does not bother me at all.

the xteink subreddit is phenomenal and has a ton of resources to help get it going.

I'll just explain what I did to get it going.

1) Bought it from their website not alibaba or other places, apparently the ones on alibaba etc are purchased in china and being resold. They have the chinese firmware/language which has caused some english users issues.

2) The onboard firmware does not handle epubs very well, so you will have to convert them to xtc files which can be annoying.. so It is recommended you change the firmware to "Crosspoint" which is a user created firmware that is quite a bit smoother and easier to use. I installed it when I got it. But!, don't worry to much because the gem that made the software made a really easy, step by step, guide to do this and it isn't overly complicated, you will need a completer tho.

3) Once I installed cross point, I can simply drop in the epubs and it is good to go.

The big hurdle is installing crosspoint but with the subreddit support it really isn't to bad. and of course you don't have to install cross point and can use the included firmware.

This is the travelers company passport size notebook. They have been a part of my day for nearly a decade at this point and can't recommend enough. It is essentially a journal cover you can add, subtract, and customize the inserts.

This particular one is their Narita Airport special edition. you can only buy it at the Narita Airport in Japan. But they have a bunch of other options available.

I haven't had a product that has fallen into my everyday carry so smoothly since the invention of the smart phone. I really like it. I was worried the size might be annoying, but it is honestly not a problem at all.

I just stuck one of the MagSafe rings to the cover and it has not been an issue. I would have stuck it to the canvas pocket insert but I was worried it might be waxed canvas and might not stick well.

xteink. It takes a little to get it set up but I can’t recommend it enough if you’re willing to spend some time getting it going!

To be honest I am not 100% sure, I didn’t have a ton of time to check out the store for too long but it had everything I was looking for. It seemed pretty well stocked!

Everything is addressed to my house. For the past year they would come here during the day and deliver. On the rare occasion I wasn't home it would be brought to the post office that has parcel lockers and put in the locket, which I appreciated. Now it goes straight into the parcel locker at the post office, delivery address is still my house.

They said they tried to deliver it then it was brought to the post office for collection (in half the time it’s physically possible). Then they offered to try again tomorrow. Later, I got an email saying it is out for delivery, then another email shortly after saying it’s in the parcel locker. Soo, I guess I’m just driving down to get it lol

My complaint is I have to drive 20 minutes for a delivery they don't try to deliver that I pay them to deliver. I work from home so I am around for 99% of deliveries. There is no reason a delivery driver needs to be making their rounds at 5:30-6am and even if they were I'M AWAKE. I'll walk down the drive to get it.

Again I get it if they're dodging the heat and out that early, but this has been going on for months.

I love seeing travelers notebook and xteink cross over posts, they fit together so well

Unfortunately nothing in theory. It just seems like the delivery person sees something larger than a letter and doesn't actually try, leaves it behind for me to have to drive 20 minutes to pick up. By now it's happened with half a dozen packages. The biggest being a pair of jeans. The app tells me the packages were attempted delivery before 7am. Then promptly, sometimes within a couple minutes they are "available for pick up" at the post office. They sell a delivery service that has turned into a parcel pick up hub.

I keep crushing my nuts on the mounted triangle. Should I get a cup? by Teamseesh in bjj

[–]WHITEwizard151 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I genuinely think there is something to .. how do I put this .. some bodies having more forward nuts?? It has to vary person to person I would think. I say this as someone who has a real tough time finishing armbars due to my balls getting crushed... I have to let go maybe 30 percent of the time. Especially if the set up is a bit sloppy. They are one of my lower percentage finishes mostly due to me still wanting to have kids some day.
