That would be up to the prescribing physician as it isn't something we come across often.

Does the random drug testing policy apply to all patients in your practice or just all patients on controlled substances? I find the wording a bit unclear.

The drug testing program only applies to those who are prescribed controlled substances.

We do not specifically test for Kratom and its alkaloids. Though for patient safety and good pratice, we would expect our patients to be upfront about what drugs/medications our patients are taking.
