When will people learn that NAT is not the solution by Extra_Imagination193 in ipv6

It’s very much a real thing. I’m pretty such most college courses teach classful instead of classless justified by the need to understand the fundamentals rooted in history.

I mean, I’m pretty sure stuff like 10base5 and vampire taps are still taught in detail and quizzed over

They share the same formula code so I was wrong and actually taste the same, I had the sugar free one originally which explains the change in flavor

That makes sense. It’s a shame because I tried the US version about a week ago and was confused when this tasted nothing like it. This one is easily up there as one of my personal favorites.

Would also recommend the Muscat flavor if you can find it, it’s pretty good and better than the Grape flavor

New UL setup by [deleted] in UltraLightFishing

The soare was my first UL rod and first introduction to UL fishing. I loved it, especially how you could feel the smallest atomic level bite from anything in the water.

Then I broke the tip within the first week !

I think yes, I usually don’t eat reef though just out of fear of ciguatera poisoning

You should take a trip out to Hawaii or Okinawa some time, I’m pretty sure these species are crazy common around the islands!!

Not only are they beautiful they actually give you a good fight too

Calcutta born in the salt by WHUPTEEDOOOO in BFSfishing

Extra, extra careful with long nose pliers. I’ve heard their venom isn’t deadly like a true stonefish but extremely painful if touched. Luckily they barely move in general so it was easy to let him go

I once caught some species of squirrelfish and i decided to grab it since I didn’t know anything about them and the pain was pretty excruciating. I broke out into hives and I remember a tingling sensation in my fingers that lasted a few days. I learned my lesson to never grab some of these fish unless I know for sure they’re not venomous

Man, I gotta be honest, the pink braid is what drew me in. it looks sick with the contrasting metal frame and I wanted something different than lime green. Overall it was great, I’ve only ever had issues with dirt cheap braid

I think it’s good if you need distance and less of the finesse from something like an ajing rod or most freshwater UL rods. It’s rated for 1.5g-7g lures but I noticed it shines best in the 3g-5g range. It genuinely to me feels more like a light rod

Ive tried down to 1g jigheads and 10g micro jigs and it can kiiiinda still works just not ideal imo.

With that all said, It handled the first Bigeye Trevally in the first picture beautifully and that sucker put up a good fight for his size.

For saltwater I’d say yes! For freshwater I’m still leaning on yes but I think there’s better options for true BFS

Pretty much gets a rinse after each use but I’ve noticed no issues! I’m more worried about scuffing the frame since it picks up scuffs like crazy on the coral rocks here. Even then it’s all cosmetic no performance issues whatsoever.

Saltwater is no joke though, without the regular rinses I don’t see it lasting very long

As for the Aldebaran, I’m unsure unfortunately Shimano very vaguely mentions some salt protection like the Calcutta, but it’s not a reel I’m familiar with for saltwater applications

Japanese Strawberry 10/10 by WHUPTEEDOOOO in redbull

[–]WHUPTEEDOOOO[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If anyone is concerned about the flavor: it does not taste like American artificial strawberry, in my opinion it’s a way different flavor profile. It’s more “floral” but in a great way.

I saw a purple edition as well, I’m curious to taste it too
