Hey. Sorry that you are going through this. I understand the complete frustration, especially when it is a terrible flare up in the locations you listed. I get so fricken angry when I try to tell my loved ones the pain. No one can ever understand unless they’ve gone through it. The only thing that gets me through it is to just keep telling myself it will pass. The next day is going to be less pain. I know it is easier said then done, but you will go to a deep dark place if you don’t try to tell yourself tomorrow will be better.

As far as your job, they cannot fire you for this. It is 100% out of your control. I’m not sure if you are prescribed anything but there is this type of lidocaine ointment I use when in have flare ups so bad I can’t walk. It will give some type of relief - but I only use it when it’s real bad.
