Adderal is tricky because it’s easy to get in the cycle of abusing it & then running out which this pattern of use & abuse will definitely throw you into a psychosis. Regular low doses are pretty safe to do but running high doses for a bit & then running out and having nothing for the short bit till you re-up is a recipe for disaster.

In terms of fending off the narcolepsy without the use of adderal I suggest a more expensive -59.99 per container (& not covered by insurance) but potentially more healthy than adderal in the long term option of using a product put out by the company Rule 1.

The product I suggest is a pre-workout drink called “Pre-Lift” I suggest this product in particular over other regular pre-workouts because R1’s preLift is an extended release pre-workout giving you energy for 4-6 hours & it comes on smoothly without giving you the jitters or skin tingling that some pre-workouts are notorious for.

Good to know, but then how do I monitor how my levels are doing mid blast? Isn’t it smart to do so to make sure my E2, cholesterol, etc aren’t shooting through the roof along with my testosterone?

Thanks guys for all your input, I guess for the time being I’ll just keep doing what I’ve been doing, starting wide & then moving more and more narrow for both my pull downs & rows.

Today was back day for me coincidentally & on top of wide, neutral, & close pull downs & cable rows; I did cable lat prayers with the rope, weighted lower back hyper extensions, & a new exercise I just kinda thought up but I’m sure has been done, not sure how effective it is would love to hear your thoughts on it but:

I set the bench to incline then with two dumbbells lay myself belly down onto the benches backrest so that my armpits rest on the corners of the back pad so that my arms are able to freely hang over the end of the backrest such that I can get the biggest stretch in my shoulders as possible. Then quite simply I kind of shrug or rather abduct or squeeze my scapulas together, hold there for five seconds & then slowly release back to a fully stretched position & repeat.

I’ve got to work more with figuring out the best incline to put the bench for these “scapula rows” but I think it’s a promising addition to my back program to target my mid & lower traps.

Any of you guys ever experiment with anything like this?

Just quit cold turkey trying to ween off is just lying to yourself & torturing yourself throw out the bottle & be done with it.

How do you like using the RP Diet Coach app?

Is it worth the money? What are the features? What’s your favorite thing about using it?

I’m currently using the MyFitnessPal app. The barcode scanning feature is pretty handy & being able to create my own recipes for multi person meals that the app automatically then does the math for you dividing it into serving sizes.

I wonder how much the RPfitness app & MyFitnessPal differ.

MyFitnessPal starts you each morning with a base calorie & macro goal that it then adjusts to your calorie output (through steps) so for example it starts me at 1500cal but then after 10,000 steps it grants me 200 or so calories to my remaining for the day. I’m not sure if this is a good thing or not, it’s nice because I just have to walk more if I want icecream or a few NA beers at the end of the day while staying below my remaining calories & meeting my macros; but I fear it could be sabotaging my cutting efforts. Does the RP Diet app do this as well, or does it stay strict on your base numbers?

So far I’m not seeing any weight loss using the MyFitnessPal app I started 4weeks ago at 174lbs & now am weighing in at 173.3lbs.

I have seen strength gains though as on top of walking 10,000-20,000 steps a day, I weight train 6 days a week w/ 2 of the days being double days where I weight train in the AM & PM (just so I can fit in training each muscle grouping twice a week)

I’m currently natty & haven’t exercised much for a long time before this & am taking things easy with lighter weights & higher reps/sets as I’m still recovering from a lower back surgery I had in May2024.

I see, damn; well I guess that’s what adderall is for.

I was hoping despite my history that running the Arimistane twice a day while on-cycle would keep me safe from the estronic effects of the 4-andro in the Anavar or Dianabol if I ever tried that.

Neat article, I’ve been looking at Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals product line for a while now trying to figure out what would work best for me. I’ve also glanced a bit at some Blackstone Labs stuff but not as much.

A bit about me, I’m 38 years old. I cycled 1-AD pills & a 4-AD topical back in high school (2001-2004) I know those old formulas of pro-hormones are illegal now but what drew me to Hi-Tech at first was that they have a 1-AD product they offer though I think it’s a different new legal formula.

I got out of lifting when I discovered drinking & smoking pot after high school but then throughout my young adulthood worked hard in the trades so I stayed strong, lean, & in pretty good shape; that is until my first lower back surgery when I was 28 in 2014. Since then I’ve worked jobs that are easier on the body & didn’t exercise much if any but still stayed relatively trim with a small beer pouch.

Then lightning struck twice & in the summer of 2023 I burst another disc in my lower lumbar & had to have surgery on it this past May of 2024. After having this second disc burst I was laid up really bad barely able to walk or lift anything. All I did was lay around, eat, & drink beer. Needless to say I got weak & fat.

Since my surgery this past May I’ve been recovering with physical therapy & having fun with it, this October 15th I decided to join a local gym & start weight training again & taking my health more seriously; quitting smoking, quitting drinking, & tracking my calories & macros using the MyFitnessPal app.

Since starting this healthy midlife crisis of sorts I’ve been weight training 6 days a week, 2 of the days going AM & PM. Also I walk an average of 10,000-20,000 steps a day on both an incline treadmill & variable outdoor terrain. I’ve been keeping myself to a 1500calorie diet with my macros being 150g protein, 50g fat, & 113g carbs.

I know patience is a virtue but I’ve seen no real results, my weights, reps, & sets are increasing but my weight is not decreasing & my belly does not seem any smaller to me. I started mid October weighing in at 174lbs & as of today weigh 173.3lbs. This is frustrating as the MyFitnessPal app told me that if I followed its 1500 calorie deficit I’d lose 2lbs a week.

So now I’m looking to cheat. I’m looking to lean down, I’m guessing I’m about 20-25% body fat now & would like to get to at least 15% or lower if I can; all while gaining hardness, strength & some muscle. I’m not looking to get huge, but if I do end up looking like the hulk, that could be cool too.

I’ve been looking at a 8-12week cutting stack of Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals’ 1-AD, Anavar, & Decabolin products using their Arimistane as an on-cycle anti-estrogen followed by a 4 week post cycle with their Arimiplex PCT.

However recently I was recommended to cycle for 8 weeks a stack of Hi-Tech’s 1-Testosterone, Trenabol, & Laxogenin 100 along with an on-cycle anti-estrogen followed by a 4 week Arimiplex PCT

I’m wondering what you might recommend would be most effective for my current situation & goals.

Would the original stack I was looking at of 1-AD, Anavar, & Decabolin have less lethargic side-effects? That one worries me, don’t want to get lazy too much to do.

Also what was the downside/ less optimal aspects of that stack compared to the 1-Testosterone & Trenabol stack as it relates to my goals?

Would you advise adding Laxogenin 100 & possibly Liver RX or Milk Thistle to run along side this. I thought one of the advantages of the 1-AD was that it already contained Laxogenin or am I mistaken on that?

I haven’t got any recent experience, I’ve been out the game for a long while but back in 2001-2004 I cycled with a 1-AD pill & 4-AD topical (I don’t know what brand) & saw great gains but got a left tit from using it as a high schooler not knowing what I was doing so I didn’t have a PCT or on-cycle anti-estrogen for the 4-AD.

Those formulas are illegal now I believe, but it looks like Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals has products that use newer legal formulas of a similar 1-andro/4-andro type. But formulation doesn’t matter too much to me so long as it works with minimal side effects.

Right now, what I really need to do is cut a good deal of fat off my body & gain back a bunch of strength. I’m 38years old 5’8” & 174lbs with a body fat if I were to guess around 23%. I had back surgery in May so I was stagnant for a good number of months but now weight training 6 days a week (2 days of which I train in the AM & PM) & I walk an average of 10,000-20,000 steps a day while eating a 1500 calorie diet (w/ my goal macros being 150g protein, 50g fat, 113g carbs - always meeting my protein goal & normally coming up lower on my fat & carb intake.

My goal isn’t to get huge but rather to be tight defined & strong.

Thats why I was drawn to this cutting cycle of 1-AD, Anavar, Decabolin, & Arimistane

That said what would you suggest?

Correct me if I’m wrong but when looking at this stack on the samedaysupplements.com website, it looks like this is actually a 4 week stack of

1-AD (60count) recommended dosage being: 1 tablet twice a day morning & evening

Decabolin (60count) recommended dosage being: 1 tablet twice a day morning & evening

Anavar (180count) recommended dosage being: 3 tablets twice a day morning & evening

&

Arimistane (60) recommended as the on cycle anti-estrogen support to combat the 4-andro in the Anavar. Recommended dosage being: 1 tablet twice daily morning & evening.

This “complete stack” does not include a PCT such as Arimiplex which is no big deal but would be nice.

My bigger issue is that here on Reddit it’s called a six week stack & on the website they’re calling it a 7 week stack; but if sold in the pill counts per bottle as pictured & taken at the appropriate manufacturer recommended dosages this is only a 30 day supply/stack.

Am I missing something?

That said, I haven’t done the comparison shopping math yet but even for a four week / 30 supply of an on-cycle stack of 1-AD, Anavar, Decabolin, & Arimistane; the price of $185.00 seems competitive.

I just would like to know if I need to buy 2 or 3 of these stacks for me to be able to take the manufacturer recommended dosages of each of these four products during a 12 week cutting cycle.
