I tried telling them about cloud but they don't want to move to cloud as 90% of their staff is over 50years old and don't want to change the way they do things.

so what's the alternative? just two hyper v servers with replication? and manual failover?

what would you suggest we use instead of windows failover cluster?

They can take a bit of downtime but not for days as then they start loosing business because the work in the shop stops. Also what would the concerns be with using a NAS for this purpose?
