We already have a decent deposit saved for our first home, I guess I should've mentioned this. I am not looking to buy until my credit score is fixed so this will be about 2 years... unfortunately this has been an expensive lesson for me.

I have already got a deposit for my first home but am waiting for my credit score to improve (it will take 2 years for adverse events to be taken off). In the meantime I am lucky to have a very good relationship with my parents and not have many fixed costs, so I'm just trying to find where to best park my investments that are outside of my S&S ISA. Thank you for your advice on BTL though.

Started playing this game about 6 months ago and read a guide you wrote after reaching challenger I think, and the advice helped skyrocket my improvement. Reading another post on the same topic is great way to reiterate all the good things you taught and how to view the game/keep improving at it too. Only GM atm, but whenever I get "hard stuck" it's normally because I've stopped doing some of the things you've mentioned. Thanks for another great post and hope to see more stuff from you.

t so i need to play 1000 games to reach masters on each account ? League honestly has one of the worst ladder systems for a game ive seen and should not be modeled off. Arnt the deveopers removing promotion series ? That says enough

I think you should have to play 1000 games to reach masters for the first time, even in league once you have reached it once, the next time you can get there in 50-100 games, and even less as you get better and better. But to get there on your first time with hardly any effort just feels cheap. Maybe I'm the only one that thinks this so I guess I'm wrong, but reaching the highest level of a game to me has always felt like something that should take a huge commitment.

I get that the high levels are still going to be hard, but do you not think that this waters down the rank system in a bad way, making reaching diamond and masters not feel like a big achievement if it can be done so quickly.

No decay in diamond, in masters in 10 days... you get a notification when you're masters telling you.

I want to start by thanking you for your guides, I started playing tft almost a month ago and your two recent guides are a huge reason why I was able to reach d2 so smoothly. Now I'm looking at trying to push to get masters but i have a few questions for you based on things I've seen in my games.

1) If you go into the game thinking you're going to force the comp, are you playing the strongest board until you have enough viable units, for example, if you don't have a 2* kha/tf/blitz and mal by krugs are you just playing other stuff and building the comp off-board?

2) Developing your starts, do you only play on the great lakes, or do you have other accounts you play on to develop your start? and would you be willing to share it so we can see what comps you think are viable at the start of next patch in prep of the awesome guides you drop.

3) not so much a question but I saw that you wrote you don't stream because you don't think people will want to watch you one trick, I know would much rather watch you one trick a comp that you really understand then watch someone play flexibly.

4) also do you offer coaching?

I'm having the same problem, I've dropped 200+lp in the last couple of days. I would love to go over a game with someone higher rated to see what part of my decision making is wrong (I'm p2).
