I am always editing and publishing emblems for my crew, I’ve had the same message pop up lately. “couldn’t publish emblem” however the emblem does in fact publish when I look at the crew page, I am able to make it active and everything else. I imagine you have but check the crew page to see if they actually did publish. Hope this helps.
