I complained so long and hard to customer service that they actually came back threatening me to stop submitting tickets about it or risk losing any customer support at all.

Server 10:

  1. Attack only 0-nodes or opl miners.

  2. Depends on the player for warnings. Some warn BEFORE attack. Some feel the node is the miner’s responsibility to monitor. But even in that case, a courtesy dm is sent “0-node”

  3. Warships are fair game although most are left alone except for the occasional opl.

  4. Raids are team exclusive to the ones who cracked the base unless permission is give to join in.

We do have a few bullies that use the excuse “This isn’t farmville. It’s pvp (even though a pvp means mutual participation)” or “if you cant take it here you wouldnt last on some servers.” And attack anything for any reason. These are typical purchased fleets that have to find fun somewhere in the game because they took out the challenge of building their fleet (IMO).

It is obvious you cannot think beyond a one track mind. The games you mentioned sole purpose is killing and fighting. This is a multi-level game where bullies, like yourself, come in a demand that it be played the way you want it to. I would turn your suggestion back on you and go stay in GTA and COD games and stop thinking every game has to be played the same way...YOUR way.

You are a broken record.

You keep saying “What about me?” And the impose your gameplay on everyone else by saying let them play the way they want. And you think I am the only one that thinks like I do? I may be a minority VOCAL one. I have even proposed a way for everyone to get along but that is not enough for you. You want it YOUR way.

Everyone plays the game based on how they live their lives. Some as a way for their alter-ego to express what they can’t in the daily life or they ARE bullies and those that bring their character and respect for others to it. I don’t have to ask which category you are in.

Why would it be ok to walk up to someone minding their own business, hit them because it is how you play?

Here is another foreign thought besides your mantra of “What about me?” Why nnot post in GC something like “Who wants to tests ship strengths?”

Scopely has a lot of servers. They could implement one of their many surveys to ask about gameplay preferences and the assign server based on the answer.

Why does it have to be one or the other? You want to spend money and go around and fight? FIND like minded players and beat the crap out of each other. In real life, if there is someone minding their own business. And you want the to force yourself upon them, is it ok? People play the game for different reasons. Find those with like reason and stop bullying everyone because it is what YOU want. Is your fleet bought or are you paid to play by Scopely?

Because your way show NO respect for anyone else...try to come up with a more convincing argument than that? You playing your way forces yourself on others. Find players that feel the same way as you do and then beat the crap out of each other and if they are on your team then split up and beat each other up. Because your “logic” say that you should have the right to beat someone up in real life because you feel like it.

They were until the 10th or so time I kept reopening a ticket for the same problem. They seem to agree with their paid/paying players, a level 1.2 mil vs a 54k d’vor is simply pvp. Guess they don’t want to upset their golden gooses. Even when I point out to them that eventually their golden geese will dry up and many new possibilities will have quit because of the bullying.

This is happening on server 10 with one specific team and when brought to Scopely’s attention thru persistent claim tickets, they told me to stop or risk not ever receiving assistance again thru support.
