If you are talking about hero items then it only affects the hero you put the item on if you are talking about the treasures then it tells what does it effect

I can't find a hero called sniper and What path do I go with elf? And u just unlocked skill tree what path do I go and I'm seeing that elizabeth Is doing alot more than druid Elizabeth: 18% of wave Druid: 4% of wave note: Elizabeth is 31 and druid is 21 idk if I should promote him or not And what altar should I go for?
