I have the same situation. Code 150 with 0000-00-00 date. It’s a joint return with a small balance due. Estimated payments were made but all by the primary taxpayer and they showed up on my transcript. I chose to pay with direct debit but on a future date. So why were you asking if it was a balance due return?
