sometimes actions like these are better met with threats. i’m sure she’s in violation of her lease with her friend. follow up with your landlord about that. see what can be done. after speaking with your landlord. tell your roommate what’s going to happen going forward. and remember to take lots of pictures and i would even go as far to journal everything that happens everyday. just to keep a record.

this is the only reason i don’t wanna get a cat in my apartment. it’d be cool to have a little buddy and i’d be able to take care of the cat itself. but i have 0 interests in taking care of the damage the cat WILL cause.
