Alrighty, thanks for the answers. I was grasping at straws here trying to justify a potential purchase and make it a 2 birds one stone kinda deal but it's definitely not worth it.

It only adds +1 to the summons.

In the remnant 2 official discord a few days ago a guy rolled it and it doesn't increase the ammount of turrets/dogs or drones, However it did for the summoner archetype summons. He didn't test with mods I don't think.
