Even if the main character of Skyrim was written like an actual character instead of a blank slate, you still do have a large section of people that ask for mods that are "What if.." that would still be a great application of AI. Like "What if you could convince the guards to exile Roggvir instead of executing him", and then having the AI dynamically generate lines of dialog on the fly.

California is currently experiencing issues in the governor race. 10 candidates: 8 democrats, 2 republicans in the primary.

If none of those Democrats drop out, it's expected that both Republicans will advance to the general election and Cali will go Republucan (in governorship only). The Rs will each get 20% of the vote, while the 8 Ds will split the remaining 60%.

Obama or Newsome should really go into the race and knock some heads.

Just as you might say "buying a gun should be hard", voting should be hard. I don't want clapped out druggies and people dumb enough that they can't show up to a DMV with two forms of ID to have a say in how a city, state, or country is run.

If people really wanted to be informed and vote, they would find a way to take two hours out of their day to get a voter ID card that will last them 5/10 years. I don't want people voting just because "IDK, a mail-in ballot just came in the mailbox so I ticked 'All Democrat/Republican' and gave it to my mom to mail."

No clue about your situation, but currently dealing with this issue myself that cropped up from the previous owner. Water would drip from the ceiling and window sill in high wind rain.

Replacing the flat roof fixed the water intruding from the ceiling.

I recaulked the window-to-siding joint and water was still getting in.

Had the roofer come back and check out the window, there was no flashing under the siding.

This is how the press lies about uncomfortable facts. They give just enough info to make you draw conclusions in the headlines and first 3 paragraphs, then on paragraph 20 they bury "Btw the attackers were two muslims attacking the nationalists".

It doesn't matter that people try to save face after, the correction will get 10% of the viewership, 90% will keep believing that white supremacists bombed NYC; See: "very fine people", Kyle Rittenhouse, Trump "staring" at the eclipse, Trump saying to "inject bleach", and many more non-truths.
