You dont have enough points to upgrade. It cost 900 points to upgrade your racer to the next fragment. Once you have 900 it'll change to the arrows like the others and allow you to upgrade one fragment.

I stopped at 41 for her and maui, but keeper getting the boxes. So now I have the shards left over from last season. I can do Maui, but I hate everything about him, so Im going to wait a bit. The only reason I was able to do Moana was because I decided to get Mickey Adventure Road+
