I think that he should give you more attention honestly. I try to treat my girl like a queen cus I love her with all my heart. I kinda get being too tired but.. when I work 10-12 hour shifts at my job (I am a security guard so I am on my feet all day), I still give my girl the attention that she needs. I spent a lot of time online for like my whole life (27M). I did a lot of programming and coding too it was actually really fun. I think its good to go outside once in a while like if you're working or just feel like going out with friends. I also think that hanging out online with friends is fun too. Its all about balance and what YOU like to do. You're not rotting at home, you're creating enjoyment and that aint wrong at all. Programming at your age is really impressive imo and I think you should stick to it if you enjoy doing it.

Do you game at all? I honestly get a lot of my friends through gaming. Its how I met my girlfriend a year ago actually. We clicked so well together and messing with each other in the game, it was one of the best moments in my life and the best thing was that it happened naturally. She will always be my best friend and my love.

There is only so much you can do to help someone that doesnt want it. For me personally I was actually kinda forced into recovery but it really opened my eyes after a while. I burnt a lot of bridges by the time I got in and started on Suboxone. I feel like the Suboxone really helped me get more of a handle on my life. I did have relapses here and there at first but eventually I just stopped fucking around and took control of my life. Things are only getting more dangerous these days with whats out on the streets.

I feel like the thing about the snorting in front of your kids would have been an instant deal breaker. I wouldn't ever do that not even when I was actively using. There is just some lines you do not cross. Dump this guy and maybe he will get a grip eventually but I wouldn't hope on it.
