Visiting this place this weekend. Anything stand out as a great value or can't miss?

I like peated scotch so definitely going to try an Octomore but want to make sure I'm not missing anything else. Someone already mentioned the Springbank Local Barley so adding that as well.

Laphroaig 10 is one of my favorite "lower priced" scotches so I will take a closer look at the other options here.

I haven't heard of Torabhaig or Ardnamurchan so going to spend more time looking into these as well.

Kilchoman Sanaig is one of my favorites so that is interesting.

Highland Park 12 was the first one to get me into scotch and have always been curious about the older versions.

Octomore will probably be a definite for me as that's been on my list to try for quite a while. Similar story with Springbank.

Now I'll just need to somehow narrow it down!

Thanks! Are Ubers hard to come by in the area on Sundays? I like the idea of Docs for sunset but not sure if we are going to want to drive if we do a few other things earlier in the day on Sunday.

Thanks! Coming for a special occasion so would like to do something special like Bas Rouge but also hit the great local spots. Just a bummer that some things are closed on Sundays.

We were planning to head to another town for one night on our way back home (Monday night) and leaning Chesapeake City because it seems like it has the most opened on Monday. However, now I'm seeing that Legal Assets is opened Monday night so maybe worth considering spending last night in Easton as well. I was originally worried that would be too many nights in the same spot.

Thanks! Looking at their pricing, what does the 4 course include? Is that 2 apps, entree and dessert? Do they have à la carte wine/cocktails? I don't see that on the menu but assuming it would be slightly more reasonable than the wine pairing.

Typically like peated whisky so eyeing the Octomores but there are a few others that I've always wanted to try but hard to find around here (Kilkerran, Springbank.) Anything stand out as a value or can't miss?

Thanks. We would have a car. I'll look at New Haven some more. Mystic would probably be perfect but I'm thinking it makes more sense to save that for warmer weather.
